Financial Account Representative

Duties:

 

  • Interacting with our clients in all aspects of customer service 
  • Billing
  • Receivables financing
  • Credit analysis and collections
  • Various administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

 
Requirements:

Ideal candidates must possess an outgoing and friendly personality, along with strong attention to detail and an ability to work in a team environment. 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, or a Business related major, is required, along with at least 1 year of financial experience in a transactional setting
  • Strong customer relations ability and analytical skills
  • Understanding of financial transactions and processes
  • Experience working with asset-based lending (ABL), factoring, specialized lending, or credit underwriting is a strong plus
  • Self-directed with a strong work ethic
  • High level of customer service
  • Flexible and capable of responding quickly and positively to shifting demands 
  • Ability to learn and utilize a variety of internal and external software applications
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines
